The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) is the national accountancy body of Singapore, representing over 39,000 accountancy professionals working across diverse sectors in both the public and private sectors.
In Vietnam, ISCA has been actively expanding its presence since 2024, focusing on strengthening partnerships with universities, companies, and professional associations across Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Danang.
ISCA Vietnam is currently developing a suite of offerings tailored to the local market, including the Singapore Chartered Accountant Qualification (SCAQ), the upcoming Professional Services Hub (PS Hub) to support local providers, and ISCA Academy, which offers training programs for finance, audit, and accounting professionals. Through these initiatives, ISCA aims to contribute to talent development and deepen collaboration across Vietnam’s professional and education ecosystem.
ISCA continues to build bridges between Singapore and Vietnam’s accounting ecosystem, helping raise professional standards and strengthen cross-border collaboration in the ASEAN region.
